Refund Process

• Eligibility: Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of your first session. Please review our full refund criteria in Section 5A of our Terms of Service.

• Approval: We will notify you once we’ve received your refund request and will inform you whether the refund is approved or not.

• Refund Issuance: If your refund is approved, we will process the refund to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

• Follow-Up: If more than 15 business days have passed since you were notified of your approved refund and you have not received it, please contact us at Contact.
