1. Why Some Heal Faster Than Others

Some individuals experience quick improvements in their healing, while others may take longer to see results. Even when two clients with the same condition receive identical treatments, one may experience immediate benefits, while the other could require years to show noticeable progress.

At a deeper level, there may be unconscious factors within the psyche that resist healing. While a person may consciously wish to improve, there could be underlying desires or beliefs that unconsciously encourage them to remain unwell. These hidden patterns can be so deeply ingrained that the individual may not be aware of them.

This resistance can hinder the body’s natural self-healing mechanisms, making it more difficult for symptoms to improve. For example, a person might ask themselves, “What might I gain by staying ill?” The answer could reveal unconscious motives that influence the healing process, as our physical condition often reflects deeper mental or emotional patterns we may not consciously recognize.

As the healing process unfolds, clients may notice a subtle shift. Over time, old mental patterns and attachments begin to release. This often starts in the mind, where clarity and balance are restored, enabling the body’s self-healing abilities to activate more fully.

For many, this journey of healing ultimately brings profound insights into what they truly want in life, providing clarity about their desires and life’s direction.

2. Is Distance Energy Work as Effective as In-Person Sessions?

Having practiced both in-person and long-distance healing, I would like to share my insights based on my personal experiences. Many people assume that in-person healing is more effective simply because the therapist physically touches the body. However, from my perspective, the effects of energy healing are equally potent whether done face-to-face or remotely. I’ve experienced this both as a healer and as a recipient.

While physical touch in in-person healing can help relax muscles or influence internal organs, it’s important to note that the healer's hands do not directly touch the deeper tissues; they only connect with the surface of the body, often with a small distance between their hands and the underlying structures. Distance healing operates in a similar way, but the distance is extended. The fundamental process remains unchanged.

Some may think of healing energy as a physical force that weakens with distance, like the warmth of a hand dissipating as you move away. However, healing energy is not a physical substance. It is a form of "information" that exists in a non-physical space, sometimes referred to as "information space." In this space, there is no true distance, which is why long-distance healing works just as effectively as in-person healing, regardless of the physical separation between the healer and recipient.

In-Person Healing

The primary difference between in-person and distance healing lies in the amount of information exchanged. When you're face-to-face with someone, communication extends beyond words. We rely not only on our eyes and ears but also on body language and subtle senses—such as intuition or "sixth sense"—to gather information. This additional input enhances the exchange of information between healer and recipient.

For example, when I work in person, I can place my hands on the client's body to sense areas of discomfort or energetic imbalances (such as tingling or heat) as part of the initial assessment. The outermost part of the aura is like a bubble, and when I gently touch it, the client often feels a soothing sensation, creating an immediate connection. The recipient also feels the healer's touch, which can deepen the sense of connection and provide valuable real-time feedback.

Another benefit of in-person healing is the opportunity for the recipient to share their thoughts and emotions. Simply having someone listen can be incredibly therapeutic, often leading to a sense of relief and emotional improvement. This personal connection can help the recipient feel heard, supported, and understood, which enhances the healing process.

Distance Healing

In contrast, distance healing is more subtle. Some recipients may not feel anything during the session, but this does not mean the energy isn't flowing. Since physical sensations vary widely from person to person, I focus less on immediate physical responses and more on the long-term effects, which often become apparent after the session.

Distance healing is especially beneficial for individuals who are unable to meet in person due to factors such as illness, geographical distance, or time constraints. It can be performed from anywhere, which makes it a more flexible, affordable, and accessible option. Furthermore, distance healing can be scheduled for multiple sessions in succession, allowing for cumulative benefits over time.

For some clients, the cost of in-person healing may become prohibitive after several sessions. With distance healing, clients can maintain their well-being by continuing healing on a regular basis, often for a lower overall cost. This makes it easier for individuals to prioritize their health over the long term, as they can receive ongoing support without financial strain.

Conclusion

Both in-person and distance healing have their unique advantages. In-person sessions offer more direct, tactile feedback and the opportunity for real-time communication. Distance healing, on the other hand, provides flexibility, accessibility, and convenience, making it an excellent option for individuals who cannot attend in-person sessions.

Ultimately, the effectiveness of energy healing—whether in-person or at a distance—depends on the healer’s intention, skill, and the recipient’s openness to receiving the energy. The power of healing energy transcends physical distance, operating in the realm of information, meaning that distance is not a barrier to its effectiveness.

3. The differences between Reiki healing and psychic healing

In this section, we will explain the differences between Reiki healing and psychic healing in a simple and easy-to-understand way.

While both Reiki and psychic healing are energy-based healing techniques, they differ significantly in their approaches, underlying theories, and methods of practice. Both can also be used for distant healing, meaning they can be applied to clients who are not physically present.

About Reiki Healing

Reiki, as we understand it today, is primarily known as a healing practice. However, its original purpose was to attain enlightenment and discover the “secret to riding the waves of the universe.” By learning to ride these waves, we reach a state of mind where tension, irritability, and stress no longer dominate our lives. This shift not only improves our relationships by reducing conflict and emotional strain but also alleviates stress-related illnesses. Ultimately, it leads to a better quality of life, fostering greater happiness and peace.

At its core, Reiki healing involves a process known as attunement. Those who wish to become Reiki healers must receive this attunement from a qualified Reiki Master in order to gain the ability to channel cosmic energy (Reiki).

Reiki healing relies on the flow of cosmic energy to promote healing. The healer consciously channels this energy from the universe to the client, acting as a conduit. A key aspect of Reiki is that the healer does not use their own personal energy; rather, the energy flows through them. As a result, the healer’s energy remains intact and un-depleted. Their role is to serve as a vessel, directing the universal energy toward the client to facilitate healing.

During a Reiki session, the healer uses specific hand positions, symbols, and mantras to balance the body, mind, and spirit. One of the foundational principles of Reiki is that no external thoughts or intentions should interfere with the flow of cosmic energy between the healer and the recipient. The healer’s role is to act as a "channel," transmitting universal energy, not their own, to the client.

Through Reiki training, healers learn to read and channel energy. Using their hands, they direct healing energy to balance the client’s aura and chakras. Reiki sessions involve a set of hand positions, rituals, symbols, and mantras that help guide the energy flow. The healer directs this energy through their palms to various parts of the body, promoting healing and restoring harmony.

While Reiki is often a more gradual process compared to other forms of energy healing, its effects can be profound. Reiki works subtly, gradually enhancing the client’s physical, mental, and emotional well-being. Over time, those who receive Reiki often notice a growing sense of alignment and balance, with its benefits becoming more apparent with continued treatment.

Additionally, Reiki healing can involve channeling the energy of archangels and spiritual guides. As one progresses in their Reiki practice, they may begin to sense the presence of these spiritual beings. Personally, since beginning my Reiki journey, I have often felt the presence of Archangels Michael and Raphael. My Reiki Master, who attuned me, also mentioned that archangels would make their presence known, and I believe I have inherited this spiritual connection.

About Psychic Healing

Psychic healing can vary from person to person, so I’d like to explain the approach I use.

I don’t draw from my own energy. Instead, I channel the Earth’s energy and the energy of the universe into my body. After channeling these energies, I check if there is healing energy within me. I bring both hands together and feel the palms pulling toward each other, like strong magnets. Once I feel it, I’m ready to give healing energy to my clients. During in-person sessions, I direct this energy from my palms into the client’s energy field to facilitate healing and adjustments. In distance healing, I create a mental proxy of the client and send energy to the areas that need it. This process requires intense focus and concentration, as moving the energy can be both physically and mentally demanding.

Unlike Reiki, which primarily relies on universal energy, my approach incorporates a heightened sense of intuition to guide the healing process.

One of the key benefits of psychic healing is that it often produces noticeable results in a relatively short period of time, which some might even call a "miracle." However, it’s important to note that psychic healing may not be effective for everyone. In some cases, other methods that tap into universal cosmic energy may be more suitable.

The energy involved in psychic healing is often described as “pure love.” This refers to my ability to channel and direct healing energy with compassion and care, without drawing on my own personal energy. My role is to facilitate the flow of healing energy, not to impose my own energy onto the client. Love, being the highest vibration, is the key to healing and serves as the foundation for this work.

Like Reiki, psychic healing can also be performed at a distance, meaning I can channel healing energy to a client regardless of their physical location.

Many psychic healers I’ve encountered have mentioned that psychic healing can be less effective on themselves, as they believe the healing energy may not be as compatible with their own energy or DNA. This perspective also extends to close family members, as their energy is thought to be more similar to the healer’s, which can make healing more challenging. However, I’m not certain about this, as it's not something I've personally experienced or fully understood.

4. Understanding Detox Reactions After Energy Healing

After receiving energy healing, it is common to experience what is known as a healing reaction. These reactions occur as the body releases negative energy, emotions, or blockages, and they are a natural part of the healing process. Although they may be uncomfortable at times, they are typically temporary and an essential step toward improved well-being.

Healing reactions can vary from person to person, and their intensity may depend on your physical condition and the nature of the healing session. Some people may feel fatigued, drowsy, or mentally foggy as their body adjusts to the higher energy vibrations introduced during the session. Others might experience digestive discomfort, such as diarrhea, as the body releases toxins or suppressed emotions. Headaches are also common, particularly for those who hold tension in their head, neck, or shoulders. These headaches often signal the release of stored tension or the stimulation of fresh blood flow as part of the healing process.

Emotional reactions are another common aspect of healing. After a session, you might feel unusually emotional, tearful, or unsettled as old emotions or suppressed memories surface. It is important not to suppress or avoid these emotions but to allow yourself to fully experience them. Emotional release is crucial for healing on a deeper level and for clearing away past emotional baggage.

Healing reactions can manifest immediately after the session, or they may appear days, weeks, or even months later. It is essential to understand that experiencing a healing reaction is not a negative event; rather, it is a natural process through which the body clears blockages and begins healing. Conversely, not experiencing any noticeable reactions is also normal and does not indicate that the healing was ineffective.

Most healing reactions subside within a few days. However, if they persist beyond that time or if you experience severe symptoms, it could suggest an underlying condition that requires further attention. In rare cases, some people may experience additional reactions, such as nausea, skin rashes, or a temporary increase in pain in previously affected areas. These symptoms are usually short-lived and part of the body’s healing process.

Ultimately, healing reactions are a temporary but vital part of your journey toward physical and emotional health. By allowing yourself to rest, hydrate, and be patient with the process, you support your body in its healing. Remember, healing is a unique and personal journey. By staying compassionate and present with yourself, you can navigate any challenges and move toward greater well-being.

5. Why It Works for Some and Not for Others

Energy healing can be effective for some individuals, while others may not experience the same benefits. Ultimately, the ability to accept or block the healing energy is determined by your choices. At its core, energy healing is guided by intention, with intention serving as the force that directs the flow of energy. When receiving energy healing, your thoughts are powerful, and trust in the process is essential. Once you set your intention, having confidence in the process helps prevent you from unintentionally blocking the energy. Free will plays an important role here; we all have the ability to direct our intentions as we choose.

Energy healing transcends the limitations of space, time, and distance. When the intention is set, energy begins to flow and moves to where it is needed, or where it can be received by the recipient. This flow cannot be forced. Those who are not open to receiving the energy may not experience its effects. The energy is always calibrated to match the recipient’s level of readiness.

Ultimately, it is the recipient who grants permission for healing to occur. By accepting the energy, they open themselves to the potential for transformation and healing.
